Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, credits, cancellations, and refunds work for AI Roomshots. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

No Refunds

AI Roomshots does not offer refunds for any of the following:

  • Subscription fees (monthly plans)
  • Purchased credit packs
  • Partially used subscription periods
  • Unused credits (subscription or purchased)

All purchases are final.

Subscriptions

Subscription Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Cancelling a Subscription

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals only.
  • Your current subscription remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time or unused subscription credits.

Subscription Credits

  • Subscription credits are granted monthly based on your active plan.
  • Subscription credits:
  • Expire at the end of each billing cycle
  • Do not roll over
  • Are non-transferable
  • Are non-refundable

Any unused subscription credits expire when the billing cycle ends.

Purchased Credits (Credit Packs)

  • Purchased credits are one-time purchases.
  • Purchased credits:
  • Expire 12 months from the date of purchase
  • Are consumed only after a successful image generation
  • Are non-refundable
  • Purchased credits remain available even if you cancel your subscription, until they expire.

Purchased credits are treated as prepaid usage, not currency.

Invite Credits

  • Invite credits are promotional credits issued through direct invitations only.
  • Invite recipients must redeem invitations within 7 days of the latest invite send.
  • Granted invite credits expire 30 days after grant.
  • Invite credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Plan Changes

Upgrading a Plan

If you upgrade your subscription (for example, from Starter to Business):

  • You will be charged the full price of the new plan at the time of upgrade.
  • Any unused subscription credits from your previous plan are:
  • Converted into purchased credits
  • Valid for 12 months from the upgrade date
  • Credits from the new plan become available immediately.

Downgrading a Plan

If you downgrade your subscription:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Your current plan remains active until it expires.
  • Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle.
  • Purchased credits remain available until their expiration date.

Failed Generations

AI Roomshots is designed for high-quality, e-commerce-ready outputs, but AI generation is probabilistic and results may vary by input image and scene selection. Some outputs may require reruns or input adjustments.

  • Credits are deducted only after a successful image generation.
  • Failed, errored, or blocked generations do not consume credits.
  • Previewed, queued, or aborted jobs do not consume credits.
  • Unsatisfactory but successfully generated images do not qualify for refunds.

Abuse and Enforcement

AI Roomshots reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if we detect:

  • Abuse of the platform
  • Attempts to bypass credit enforcement
  • Automated or scripted usage
  • Reselling or redistributing outputs as an API or service
  • Any violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
