These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Roomshots ("AI Roomshots," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website located at airoomshots.com, the image generation platform, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Roomshots provides AI-generated images designed specifically for e-commerce and product visualization use cases. The Service allows users to generate images using credits associated with a subscription plan or purchased credit packs.

The Service is not a general-purpose art generator and is optimized for commercial product imagery.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using AI Roomshots, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update it as necessary.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Billing

4.1 Credit Types

AI Roomshots uses the following credit categories:

  1. Subscription Credits
  2. Purchased Credits (Credit Packs)
  3. Invite Credits (limited promotional grants)

Invite credits are provided only through direct, admin-issued invitations and are not a public or self-serve free trial program.

4.2 Subscription Credits

  • Granted monthly based on your active subscription plan
  • Expire at the end of each billing cycle
  • Do not roll over
  • Reset automatically upon renewal
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable

Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing period.

4.3 Purchased Credits (Credit Packs)

  • Purchased as one-time credit packs
  • Expire 12 months from the purchase date
  • Usable across all supported models
  • Consumed only after a successful image generation
  • Non-refundable

Purchased credits are prepaid usage licenses and are not currency, stored value, or a bank balance.

4.4 Credit Consumption

  • 1 credit = 1 successful image generation
  • Credits are deducted only after successful generation
  • Failed, errored, blocked, or aborted generations consume 0 credits
  • Preview or queued jobs do not consume credits

4.5 Invite Credits

  • Invite credits are granted only for users invited directly by AI Roomshots.
  • Invite recipients must redeem invitations within 7 days of the latest invite send.
  • Invite credits are granted once, on first successful account completion/login.
  • Granted invite credits expire 30 days after grant.
  • Invite credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Plan Changes

5.1 Upgrades

If you upgrade your plan:

  • You pay the full price of the new plan at the time of upgrade
  • Any unused subscription credits from your prior plan are:
  • Converted into purchased credits
  • Valid for 12 months from the upgrade date
  • New plan credits become active immediately

5.2 Downgrades

If you downgrade your plan:

  • The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Your current plan remains active until expiration
  • Subscription credits expire at the end of the billing cycle
  • Purchased credits remain usable until their expiration date

5.3 Cancellation

If you cancel your subscription:

  • Auto-renewal is disabled
  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • Subscription credits expire at cycle end
  • Purchased credits remain available until expiration

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are not supported for subscriptions, credits, or credit packs.

6. Generated Images and Ownership

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the images generated through your account, subject to these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated images complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

6.2 No Guarantees

AI Roomshots is designed to produce high-quality, e-commerce-ready outputs, but results may vary based on the quality of your uploaded inputs and scene constraints. Some generations may require reruns or adjustments.

AI-generated images are produced algorithmically. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific results
  • Accuracy or realism
  • Suitability for a particular purpose
  • Acceptance by third-party platforms

Use of generated images is at your own risk.

6.3 Library Access

Images generated through your account remain accessible in your Library even if you downgrade or cancel your subscription, subject to reasonable storage and retention limits.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Automate or script account usage to bypass credit enforcement
  • Create multiple accounts to evade billing or usage limits
  • Resell or offer the Service as an API or white-label product
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or probe the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal, deceptive, or infringing purposes
  • Generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

8. Monitoring and Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor usage to enforce these Terms
  • Investigate suspected abuse or misuse
  • Suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations
  • Remove access to generated content if required by law

Abuse, automation, or circumvention may result in immediate termination without refund.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior
  • Continued use poses legal, financial, or operational risk

Termination does not entitle you to refunds of unused credits or subscription fees.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, uptime, or error-free operation.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

11. Third-Party Providers

AI Roomshots relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers to deliver the Service.

We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes caused by third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, trademarks, and platform components of AI Roomshots are owned by AI Roomshots or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or reused without permission.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Roomshots disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Roomshots shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AI Roomshots in the preceding 12 months.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
